RESERVATION POLICY |
- Advanced
reservations require a 50% deposit to guarantee your space.
Full Payment is due 30 days prior to your trip date.

Reservations are strongly recommended however last minute
reservations are welcome providing that space is still
available.
- Visa,
MasterCard, or personal checks are accepted as payment;
checks must be received two weeks prior to the departure
date.

CANCELLATION
POLICY |
- If
High Mountain Expeditions should need to cancel a trip
for any reason, a full refund will be given.

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to your trip
will receive a full refund less a $15.00 processing
fee.

Cancellations made between 7 and 29 days prior to trip
date will receive a 50% refund. You may
reschedule at no loss or charge.

Cancellations made less than 7 days of the trip will
receive no refund.

CHECK IN |
-
Trips for the Nolichucky River meet 6:45 at the
Ski country sports. Other meeting places may be
arranged at the time of your reservation.
- If
you are meeting us at one of these locations be on time
ready to go not early or late. We do not wait or
give refunds if you are not there.

Trips for the Watauga River meet 11:30AM at Ski Country
Sports in Banner Elk.
- Meet
times for all other trips will be made at the time of
the reservation.

Please be prompt. If you are late, you will miss
the trip and there will be no refund.
- All
trips go RAIN or SHINE! We reserve the right to
run an alternate river location if water levels for the
scheduled trip are too high or too low.
