Click on the links below for more White Water Rafting in North Carolina and cave trip details.

Nolichucky Rafting
The Nolichucky River is about an hour away from Banner Elk. We start in Poplar and enjoy class 3 and 4 rapids through 11-mile gorge. Lunch and some time for swimming and surfing make for a great end to the day. We finish the trip in Erwin, Tennessee.

Watauga River Rafting
The Watauga River is about one hour away from Banner Elk, and it is the ideal trip for families with small children. The Watauga offers fast moving water with class 1 to 3 rapids, beautiful scenery and some wildlife along the way.

Wilson's Creek Rafting
Wilson Creek is a great whitewater run. The creek drops 85 feet per mile, with 5 to 10 foot ledges. Paddling in inflatable funyaks make the trip a lot of fun.

Caving
Cave trips are fun for adults and children of all ages. Explore the vast chambers and windy crawlways in these surreal underground worlds!
